We are committed to delivering the highest caliber of quantitative market education in India. If after enrolling in our 122-lesson Masterclass you find that the curriculum does not meet your educational standards, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your enrollment timestamp, subject to the fair-use criteria outlined below.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Our refund policy is intentionally structured to provide genuine students adequate time to inspect course quality while preventing bad-faith exploitation of digital educational products.
2.1. Consumption Threshold (<20%)
To protect our intellectual property from illicit bulk consumption or ripping, the student must have viewed less than 20% of the total curriculum modules. Video watch time is automatically verified via our anti-cheat telemetry engine.
2.2. Asset Download Restrictions
No proprietary PineScript indicator source code, algorithmic setup files, or institutional Excel modeling workbooks have been exported or downloaded during your session.
2.3. 7-Day Window
The formal refund request must be lodged within 168 hours (7 full calendar days) from the exact moment of payment gateway confirmation. Requests received after this window cannot be accommodated.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Settlement Timeframe SLA
Once received, our Student Billing Desk will audit your watch telemetry within 24 to 48 business hours. Upon approval:
Reimbursement Timeline: The refund will be credited directly to the original source payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 banking days in accordance with Reserve Bank of India settlement protocols.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be approved under the following circumstances:
- Accounts flagged for concurrent credential sharing or screen-scraping activity.
- Students who have completed 20% or more of the course material.
- In-person workshops, private institutional mentoring sessions, or discounted corporate group packages.
